Big Texas CPR 

Providing Classroom Education and Online training in AHA BLS Heartcode®, ECSI Standard First Aid, CPR, AED, BBP, and more.

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course material, do not represent income to the Association.

Its official !! Texas Residents can get a Drivers License and/or License to Carry (handgun license) for free with a current CPR card. 

The medical content in all Big Texas CPR courses are consistent with the latest CPR, AED and first aid guidelines, to reflect the current  ILCOR Consensus Guidelines for CPR and ECC. All Big Texas CPR courses meet or exceed the medical objectives of similar training programs, to include those released by the American Heart Association.

The law is effective as of September 1st 2019.

Texas residents who hold a current certification in CPR, from a nationally recognized organization, may obtain a Texas DL and/or LTC free of charge. 


This law does not help Nurses, Doctors, EMT's or Fire Fighters, (AHA BLS) these professionals must pay normal fees for DL and LTC.
